MDH Partners, LLC is an Atlanta-based real estate investment company founded in January 2005 by former senior executives of M.D. Hodges Enterprises, one of Atlanta's largest and most respected real estate developers. Founding partners include Jeffrey Small, Jr., former President and Chief Executive Officer of Hodges, Michael Pelt, former Chief Investment Officer of Hodges and
Phillip Hight, former Senior Leasing Representative.

Our strategy is to pursue acquisitions and development opportunities on behalf of our institutional investors. Our primary focus is office and industrial properties, but we also work on select retail and land projects. We offer our investors the opportunity to leverage off of our extensive market knowledge, local contacts and experience while investing in core properties, value-added opportunities and new development

During its first 3 years of business, MDH Partners has acquired approximately 800,000 sf of buildings on 99 acres and acquired a 19 acre industrial development tract and delivered a 57,000sf speculative industrial building. These acquisitions were handled in three separate partnerships, the first of which has closed out more than doubling the initial equity and returning a 95% IRR to the investors.
