MDH Partners, LLC is an Atlanta-based a real estate investment company that has participated in over $2 billion of acquisitions with capital partners such as the Blackstone Group and Wells Fargo Real Estate.
Our strategy is to pursue value-added acquisitions and development opportunities on behalf of our institutional investors. Our primary focus is office and industrial properties, but we also work on select retail and land projects. We offer our investors the opportunity to leverage off of our extensive market knowledge, local contacts, and experience.
In our most recent joint venture with Wells Fargo Real Estate, MDH Partners has completed opportunistic acquisitions of approximately 1,000,000 SF of industrial buildings in Atlanta at a cost of $20,000,000 from corporate, REIT, and private sellers. The company also advised the Blackstone Group in a 45 million square foot acquisition of industrial properties across the nation at a cost of over $2 billion and holds an equity stake in the deal. Jeffrey Small, MDH’s CEO, currently serves on the board of directors for the new Blackstone entity, IndCor. Previous joint ventures with both Blackstone and Wells Fargo resulted in realized IRRs for MDH and its investors of over 90%
MDH Partners was founded in 2005 by Jeffrey Small, Jr., former CEO of M.D. Hodges–one of the Southeast’s largest real estate companies, and Michael Pelt, former Chief Investment Officer of Hodges.
